The Board of Directors for the St. Louis Crisis Nursery has named Mike Bowers as new Board member. Bowers is the President of SSM St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles. Bowers took over as president of the 333-bed SSM St. Joseph Health Center in historic downtown St. Charles in June 2014. He oversees hospital operations for SSM St. Joseph Health Center, SSM St. Joseph Medical Park and SSM St. Joseph Health Center – Wentzville.
“I am excited to join the Crisis Nursery’s Board. I am proud to be able to contribute and support the Crisis Nursery in their efforts in preventing child abuse and neglect” said Bowers. The two St. Charles Crisis Nurseries are across SSM St. Joseph Health Center and has been a tremendous help to the children and families the Nursery serves. Crisis Nursery says Bowers’ experience and dedication will be an asset for the Crisis Nursery’s Board of Directors.
